Terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms are between you and Childish Things Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (number 05428336), registered office 2 Rathcoole Avenue, London N8 9NA ("we", "us"), and cover your use of Tea Break Poker Trainer ("Tea Break", "the app"). By using the app you accept them. Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under UK law. If you got Tea Break from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over.
What Tea Break is, and is not
Tea Break teaches poker decisions using answers worked out in advance by a poker solver. It is a training tool. There is no real-money play, no betting and nothing to win. Its answers describe a theoretical strategy, and we do not promise any result at a real table.
Free lessons and the subscription
You can play any fourteen lessons free, and replay those for as long as you like.
A subscription opens every lesson. It is sold through the App Store, Google Play or Steam on PC, is charged each month, and renews until you cancel it. You manage and cancel it in your store account settings, and cancelling stops the next renewal. The store's terms decide payment, renewal, price changes and refunds.
If your subscription ends, you go back to the free lessons, and your progress, streak and history stay.
Your account
The app creates an account for you without asking for any details. You can link it to a Unity account to keep your progress if you change device, and you can delete it at any time in Settings. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
Using the app
You may use Tea Break for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute its lessons or content, try to extract them, interfere with the service, or use it to cheat at real games where that is against the rules.
Ours
The app, its lessons and its content belong to us or the people we license them from.
Changes and availability
We may change, add to or remove parts of the app. We try to keep it running, and most of it works without a connection, but we cannot promise it will always be available.
Responsibility
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for losses at real poker games. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
